​Nuggetino is a community platform that helps parents connect with other families for childcare swaps, nanny shares, carpools, playdates, co-ops, and other forms of family support. Nuggetino is not a childcare provider, transportation provider, employment agency, or background check service, and we do not directly provide childcare or transportation services.

Parent Responsibility

All arrangements made through Nuggetino are private agreements between participating families. Parents are solely responsible for deciding who they connect with and for determining whether another family is an appropriate fit.

We encourage families to communicate openly, meet in person when appropriate, ask questions, verify information, and use their own judgment before entering into any childcare or transportation arrangement.

 

No Liability

Because all arrangements are made directly between families, Nuggetino does not supervise, monitor, endorse, or guarantee the actions, conduct, safety, reliability, or quality of care provided by any member.

By using Nuggetino, you acknowledge and agree that Nuggetino is not responsible or liable for any injuries, losses, damages, disputes, or other claims arising from interactions or arrangements made through the platform.

 

Member Conduct

• Treat other members with courtesy and respect.

• Use Nuggetino only for lawful purposes.

• Respect the privacy and personal information of other families.

• Prioritize the safety and well-being of every child.

 

Account Removal

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access to Nuggetino if we believe a member has violated these Terms or engaged in behavior that may jeopardize the safety, integrity, or well-being of the Nuggetino community.
